We will arrange to meet you at your property for a no fee no obligation initial visit to the property. Our professional staff will guide you through the letting process and answer questions that you may wish to raise on during the visit.

 

Marketing the property

 

Our proactive approach to marketing your property will ensure maximum exposure to the market. The use of  “to let” boards, the web site where your property will be advertised as soon as you place your property with us, local papers and our extensive tenant database will make certain that your property is let as soon as possible.

 

Accompanied viewings

 

All viewings to your property with potential tenants will be accompanied. This is good for security and peace of mind. We advise that keys are left with us to allow viewings throughout the day and evening for maximum access.

 

Selecting suitable tenants

 

Once a tenant shows interest in the property, we carry out reference checks through an independent agency. All tenants are vetted before the process is taken further. The relevant deposit and one months rent is then taken, tenancy agreements drawn up and signed with a move in date decided.

 

Property management

 

The management of the property depends on the type of service you request. Apart from finding tenants only, we will send out rent demands and remittances for your property. We are aware that landlords can not always be available to handle day to day matters connected to the property and therefore we are able to offer services to ensure that the maintenance and repair of the property is carried out as and when demanded.
